He is survived by: his wife Lynn Gehringer Mullins; his daughters, Ashley Lai (Anthony) of Northern Kentucky and Hannah Scheper (Andrew) of Cincinnati, OH; his grandchildren, Sebastian, Beatrice, Penelope, Gwendolyn and Zelda; his niece Kim Harris (Chris); his nephews, Tony Salyer (Debbie) and Brandon Salyer (Christa); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Aidan, Levi, Kaylee, Toni, Sam, Cayce, Jenna and Thomas (Shalie); and also Sheila Salyer (Tom).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the John Mullins Memorial Scholarship.
