He is survived by: his wife Kim Henry Bryan; his children, Ricky Faulkner (Casey) of Ashland, Kentucky, Steven Faulkner (Amy) of Ashland, Kentucky, Jaynie Hughes (Lamont) of Ashland, Kentucky and Kayleigh Carter of Ashland, Kentucky; and his siblings, Kennneth Bryan (Deb) of Ashland, Kentucky, Terry Bryan (Salina) of Ashland, Kentucky, Sharon Allen of Ashland, Susan Akers of Ashland and Debra Fox of Ironton. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
