He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Hubert Osborne and Sylvia Osborne (Sparks); his wife Pam Osborne (Withrow) of Rush, KY; his children, Paul Osborne of Ashland, KY, David Osborne (Heather) of Ashland, KY, Cindi Fraley (Ryan) of Ashland, KY and Allie Osborne (Willie) of Ashland, KY; and his grandchildren, Timmy, Zach Osborne, Jordan, Mason, Logan Fraley, David Osborne, Landon, Nathan Osborne and Troy Baumgartner. He was also cherished by his three sisters and one brother as well as several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Steen Funeral Home-13th Street Chapel (3409 13th St, Ashland, KY 41102). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
