Bolen, II (Katie) and Haley Miles (Joseph); his grandchildren, Brayden Moore, Shawn Bolen and Hope Bolen; his great grandchild Emerson Moore; and his siblings, David Meadows, Paul Bolen, Linda Shrewsbury, Mary Mullens, Steve Bolen, Elizabeth Bailey, Esther Sizemore and Jeanne Modley. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
