He is survived by: his daughter Mary "Amanda" Bell Lundy; his son-in-law Chris Perlains (Mary "Angie" Hammond) of Ashland; his son Phillip "Matt" Bell of Ashland; and his grandchildren, Dylan Lundy, Eli Sparks, Zoey Bell, Jackson Hammond and Victoria Hammond.
