He is survived by: his mother Belinda Gibbons Brumfield (Bill); his daughter Josie Justice (Paul) of Ashland; his brother Bill Lutz (Beth) of Ironton, Ohio; his grandson Braxton Justice; his children, Hannah Blair and Britney Broughton; his cousins, Stacey Fairchild and Corbie Stull; and his close friends, Sherry Jones, Tonya Unrue and Becky Simpson.
