Though Geraldine Howard may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Howard and Ada Helton Howard; and her husband Hollie Skaggs. She is survived by: her children, Robert Skaggs (Jennifer) of Richmond, Kentucky, Kathy Kelley of Ashland, Ann McGinnis (Bruce) of Ironton and Linda Runyon of Ashland, Kentucky; and her siblings, Paul Howard of Salyersville, Kentucky and Edith Williams of Mt. Sterling, Kentucky. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Ashland Cemetery (1518 Belmont St, Ashland, KY 41101). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
