She is survived by: her children, Kevin McCormick of Lexington, KY, Gary McCormick (Mary) and Jeannie Patton (Ron) of Ashland; her sister Janet Chatman of Cold Springs, KY; her grandchildren, Scott Patton (Lisa), Rhonda Bradley (Joe), Natasha Vaughan (Martin), Whitney McCormick, Nathan McCormick, Brandon McCormick, Angel McCormick, Ginny Gottstein and Brittney Kamerer (Justin); her great grandchildren, Joshua Bradley, Justin Bradley, Maranda Calhoun (Matthew), Heather Patton, Kimberly Patton, Bella Vaughn, Lilly Vaughn, Ben Gottstein and Sean Gottstein; and her great great grandchildren, Kalijah Calhoun and Naomi Jackson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
