He was predeceased by : his parents, Bob Moore and Judy Kouns; his siblings, David Moore and Jo Ann Justice; his daughter Kayla Ann Weaver; and his grandson Dennis Lee Chapman.

He is survived by : his wife Pamela Kay Moore; his children, Gary Lee Moore Jr. (Shannon), Isaac William Justice, Steven Weaver (Ariel), Kelly Jo Burchett and Stacy Gail Blevins; his brother Denny Moore; and his grandchildren, Calvin, Kaylee, Zailynn, Karsyn, Brantlee, Remington, Aaliyaha, Cali, Caylee and Cannon.

A funeral service was held on Monday, June 24th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Steen Funeral Home-Central Avenue Chapel (1501 Central Ave, Ashland, KY 41101).
