He is survived by: his son Perry David "Petey" Fugett; his wife Connie Fugett (Mullins); his children, Danny Fugett (Heather Bowling), Phyllis Gina Padgett (Robert), Erick Fugett (David Santiagio II) and Libby Gipson (Chris); his stepson Jie Highly (Krystal Havel); his daughter-in-law Sarah Fugett; the mothers of children, Cheryl Fugett and Tammy Fugett; his grandchildren, Kayla Tackett, Max Moore, Ethan Fugett, Owen Fugett, Lynndan Fugett-Stevens, Kynnedi Fugett-Stevens, Chloe Gipson, Wesley Gipson, Shylee Gipson, Love-Leigh Montes, Janessa Sola and Alexavier Reyes; and his siblings, Linda Tate, Charlie Fugett, Mary Delawder, Loretta Thompson, Donna Blair and Mark Fugett. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the funeral home to help the family with expenses.
