He is survived by: his wife Willie Wheeler McCullough; his siblings, Arthur McCullough (Connie) of Ashland, KY, Kelsey McCullough (Kathy) of Los Angeles, CA and Mary Ann McCullough of Boone, NC; his stepchildren, Bob Craycraft (Christy) of Charlotte, NC and Kim Nicodemus of Georgetown, KY; and his grandchildren, Emily, Caroline, Matthew, Lucy and Grace.
