It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francis Joan England of Ashland, Kentucky, who passed away on February 11, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Joan; and her sibling Olliver Joe Pelphrey. She is survived by: her husband Charley England; her daughters, Fran Barker (Scott) of Morehead, KY and Leah Simpson of Ashland, KY; her grandsons, Brandon Barker, Logan Barker, Alec Simpson and Aaron Simpson; her great grandchildren, Fielding, Finley, Greylynn and Greyson; and her sister Carrie Lynn.
