She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Litteral and Cora Davis Litteral; her husband John E. Hackworth, Jr.; and her sons, Jack D. Hackworth and Phillip Hackworth.
She is survived by: her children, Fred Hackworth (Karen) of Ashland, KY, Nancy Douglas (David) of Cannonsburg and Barbara Shropshire (David) of Georgetown, KY; her grandchildren, Kimberly Robinette (Mark) of Georgetown, KY, Mike Hackworth of Charlotte, NC and David Douglas (Hope) of Sadieville, KY; her great grandchildren, Clay Robinette (Breanna) of Georgetown, KY and Carli Robinette (Tanner Neal) of New York; and her great great grandchildren, Bailey Lynn and Elly Nicole. She is also survived by extended family members and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Steen Funeral Home-13th Street Chapel (3409 13th St, Ashland, KY 41102). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Flowers are welcome, but memorial contributions in Faye's honor may also be made to the American Cancer Society.
