He is survived by: his wife Theresa Johnson Slones; his children, Rosie Slone Cornette (Isiah) of Georgetown, KY, Everett Slone Jr. of Lexington, KY and Aaron Scott; his brothers, Bill Gollihue (Peggy) of Mansfield, OH, Bazil Gollihue (Mary) of Denton, KY, Frank Slone of Ashland, KY and George Slone (Joyce) of Raceland, KY; and his caregivers, Arthur and Donna Boyd. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
