He is survived by: his wife Barbara VanHorn Ratliff; his children, Robin VanHoose of Ashland, Larry Ratliff (Jan) of Somerset, KY and Greg Ratliff (Kim) of Ashland; his sister Martha Workman of Waxahachie, TX; his grandchildren, Heather McCoy (Travis), Kristin Ratliff, Tyler VanHoose (Sarah), Lauren Moman (Austin) and Dylan VanHoose; and his great grandchildren, Byron McCoy (Carly), Garret Morgan McCoy, Parker Nunley, Paige Ellen VanHoose, Preslee VanHoose, Isaac VanHoose, Lily Anne Ratliff and Phoenix VanHoose.
