He was predeceased by: his parents, James Castle and Julia Moore Castle; his wife Barbara Cordial Castle; his sons, Earl Castle Jr. and Phillip Castle; his siblings, James, Sarah, Mary, Amanda and Carrie; and his grandchildren, Stephanie Castle and Phillip Castle.
He is survived by: his daughter Teresa Wirzfield (Howard) of Ashland. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Miller Funeral Home (1941 Carter Ave, Ashland, KY 41101). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
