He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Espie A. Lewis and Julia Morgan Lewis; his wife Carol Jo Leona Lewis; and his siblings, Russ Lewis, Dorlis Dillow and Dolwinna Fitzgerald.
He is survived by: his siblings, Deb Lewis (Joan) of Long Beach, CA and Brenda Lewis (Charles "Chop" Lewis) of Ashland. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews, along with a host of extended family and friends.
