She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Wilson Holbrook Jr. and Dorothy Irene Adams Holbrook; her sisters, Alisa and Teresa Holbrook; and her brother-in-law Richard Johnson.
She is survived by: her caregiver Practioner Degree; and her siblings, Bob Holbrook (Dawn) of Howe, Charlotte Runyon (Bill) of Albany, GA, Deborah Holbrook Johnson of Oak Hill, Barbara Rigsby (Donnie) of Westwood and Betty Johnson (Ronald) of Flatwoods. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews along with a host of extended family and friends.
