He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Boone and Nell Caudill (McClain). He is survived by: his wife Janice Sue Caudill (Ross); his brother Joe Caudill (Jan) of Lexington, KY.; his children, Timothy Shawn Caudill (Valerie) of Lexington, Susan Caudill (Nicholasville) and Melinda Caudill Spears (Dennis Johnson) of Ashland; his grandchildren, Sarah Caudill Sandberg (Brian), Caroline Caudill Scott (Ben), Jacob Caudill (Hannah), Samantha, Buechlein (Nick), Madeline, Cole (Josh), Kiefer Spears (Sara) and Jessie Spears Bartram (Justin); his sister-in-law Sandy (Ross) Carpenter (Harold); and his children, Don and Jan.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Steen Funeral Home-13th Street Chapel (3409 13th St, Ashland, KY 41102). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
