He is survived by: his children, Laney Fannin (Wes) of Catlettsburg, KY, Jessica Ison of Cincinnati, OH, Gavin Wells of Rush, KY and Ainsley Wells of Rush, KY; his sister Kelli Davis (Jamie) of Rush, KY; his nephews, Tanner Davis and Grahm Sparks; and his uncles, Denny Middleton (Susan), Doug Middleton (Brenda) and Greg Ison (Deb).
Dave volunteered with the local boys and girls club, therefore the family has suggested in lieu of flowers that you sponsor a child this Christmas.
