He is survived by: his wife Tammy Moore DeBoard; his children, Michael DeBoard (Meagan) of Portsmouth, Ohio, Christian DeBoard of Ashland, Kentucky, Shawn Mays (Sheena) of South Point, Ohio and James McCoy (Christy) of Greenup, Kentucky.; his grandchildren, Dakota, Emma, Kaylee, Kylie, Daniel, Cole and Ali; his siblings, George DeBoard (Rhonda) of Catlettsburg, Mark DeBoard (Alana) of Russell and Kristy Keaton (Clancy) of Ironton, Ohio.; his pet Diesel; and his brother Ed DeBoard.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kilgore & Collier Funeral Home (2702 Panola St, Catlettsburg, KY 41129). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
