She was predeceased by: her parents, James Grady Pennington and Reba Ellen Wicker Pennington; and her brother Ronald Dale Pennington. She is survived by: her husband Isaac Mullins; her son Lawrence Scott Mullins (Monica); her brothers, Kelly Lee Pennington (Wanda) and James Christopher Pennington (Carol); her granddaughter Shelby Norman; and her great grandchild Hendrix Norman.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Gail's memory may be made to Shriners Children's Hospital.
