She is survived by: her husband Rick Tackett; her children, Morgan Ratliff of Ashland, KY, Alex Dixon (Anna) of Owensboro, KY, Jordan Dixon of Ashland, KY, Stacy Pierce (Tony) of Wimauma and Aaron Tackett (Leanne) of Wimauma; and her grandchildren, Erik, Jacob, Chloe, Olivia, Alleighson, Kylee, Landon, Jose', Jett, Emily, Caspian, Easton, Caleia and Dillon.
