He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Dipper" Donta, Sr. and Essie Sparks Donta; and his siblings, Herman Donta, Delmis Donta, William Donta, Jr., Kenneth Donta, Arnold Donta and Donna Vanderhoof.
He is survived by: his brothers, Robert Donta of Ashland, Jack Donta of Louisville, KY and Donald Donta of Ashland; and also Doris Brantferger of Dallas. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, extended family.
A graveside service was held on Friday, March 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Rose Hill Burial Park (3801 13th St, Ashland, KY 41101).
