She is survived by: her children, David Meade (Melody) of Ashland, KY, Tim Meade (Teresa) of Catlettsburg, KY, Cheryl Stewart (Steve) of Ashland, KY and Mark Meade (Annette) of Frankfort, KY; and her siblings, Christine MaKenzie of Catlettsburg, KY., Ennis Caudill and Jessie Ann Christy. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
