She was predeceased by: her husband Michael William Billips; her parents, Charles V. Sr. Daniels and Mae Gillum Daniels; and her siblings, William "Bill" Daniels, Charles V. "Buggs" Daniels, Jr., Elnora "Dodie" Drozd Traver and Juanita Gerahart Thompson.
She is survived by: her children, Patrick Michael Billips (Patricia) of Delbarton, Matthew William Billips of Ashland, Charles William Billips (Tracy) of Ashland and Michelle Ann Billips Thompson; her brother Frank Daniels (Brenda) of Flatwoods; her sister-in-law Barb Daniels of Ashland; her niece Kristie Floyd (Scott); and her grandsons, Patrick James "PJ" Billips, Andrew Christopher Billips, Joseph Lee Billips, Evan Michael Billips and Eric Matthew Billips.
Visitation was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Steen Funeral Home-13th Street Chapel (3409 13th St, Ashland, KY 41102). A funeral service was held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
