She was predeceased by: her parents, Calip P. Preece and Mary Dixon Preece; her husband Donald Lee Henry; and her sisters, Doris Ann Preece, Edna Jo Cox, Jane Rankin and Nancy Kathryn Harmon.
She is survived by: her children, Amy Lynn Allen (John) of Old Hickory, TN and David Alan Henry (Patty) of Wakeman, OH; her sister Jean Preece of Catlettsburg, KY; and her grandchildren, Harrison David Allen, Alyssa Marie Henry, Mallory Lynn Allen and Valery Grace Henry.
