He was predeceased by: his parents, James Arthur Crisp and Hazel Conley Crisp; his wife Rita Kay Crisp; his stepchildren, Teresa Morris and Alvin Clay Push; and his brother Don Crisp.
He is survived by: his daughter Bobbi Burton (Tim) of Catlettsburg, KY; his siblings, Raymond Crisp of Ashland, KY and Janet Perkins (Johnny) of Franklin Furnace, OH; his grandchildren, Sarah Burton, Rachel McCart, Jimmie, Jake and Josh Morris; and also Jim Morris. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
