He was predeceased by: his parents, Christopher Columbus and Betty Ilene Collins. He is survived by: his son George Collins; and his brother Ray Collins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 6:00 PM at the Lazear Funeral Home Chapel (1632 Central Ave, Ashland, KY 41101). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
