She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Oliver and Anna Fraley Oliver; and her brothers, Harold and Herman Oliver. She is survived by: her husband Larry Carr; her children, Robert "Bobby" Carr (Danielle) and Bethany Rae Scott (Paul); and her brother Kenneth Oliver (Diana Graham). She is also survived by extended family and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Steen Funeral Homes - 13th Street Chapel (3409 13th St, Ashland, KY 41102). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
