She is survived by: her husband Lawrence Fultz; her sister Kathy Crace (David) of Catlettsburg, KY; her children, Lori Hughes (Duane) of Ashland, KY and Brent Fultz (Briana) of Catlettsburg, KY; her grandchildren, Austin Hughes (Sarabeth), Lauren Fannin (Cody), Taylor Wiley (Joe), Trevor Fultz (Hannah) and Cassandra Fultz (Jari); and her great grandchildren, Christian H., Carson H., Grayson W., Fox F. and Copper F..
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Caniff Funeral Home (528 Wheatley Rd, Ashland, KY 41101). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
