He is survived by: his parents, John David Greene (Eve) and Nancy Adkins-Greene; his son Andrew Ryan Greene, Jr. of Grayson; and his siblings, John David Greene (Bobbie) of Greenup, Christopher Lee Greene (Mary) of Ironton, Michael Christopher Greene of Greenup and Stacey Nicole Lounsberry (Jonathan) of Greenup. He is also survived by his parents and stepmother.
