She was predeceased by: her mother Gina Lucas (Jones); her husband Derrick Pennington; and her former husband Owen Mathew Friend. She is survived by: her sister Courtney Lucas; her son Owen Jacob; her friends, Ironton, Savannah Adkins (Beau) of Clarksville, TN, Delaney (Mihkail) and Proctorville; her grandchildren, Rul-Matthew Adkins and Laven Auxier; her sister Brandi Cumpton of Ashland; and her nephews, Austin, Brock Cumpton and Cody Lucas.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Phillips Funeral Home (1004 S 7th St, Ironton, OH 45638). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
