He is survived by: his children, Bruce Howard (Bonnie), Dale Howard (Sharon), Ernest Howard, Jr., Judy Simpson (John) and Susan Kinker (David); his grandchildren, Sheila Napier, Doug, Dale Chase Howard, Stephanie, Sabrina North, Amber Jordan, Shane, Amanda Caldwell, Jaxon Howard and Sylvia McKenzie Hagerty; his great grandchildren, Braxton, Emily, Bradon, Alex, Kayden and Avery Raina; his great great grandchild Wrenley Claire; and his close friend Jean Simpson. He is also survived by nieces & nephews, other relatives & friends.
