He is survived by: his wife Linda Riddle Shepherd; his children, Matthew Shepherd (Barbara) of Georgetown, KY, Ricky Dean Shepherd (Stephana) of Wooton, KY, Donald Lee Shepherd (Tracy) of Warbranch, KY. and Virginia Coots (Glenn) of Georgetown, KY.; the mother of his children Lorrine Shepherd Bailey; his grandchildren, Sierra Shepherd, Joshua Shepherd, Leah Collett, Alicia Shepherd, Dallas Saylor, Kelliana Shepherd and Kaderick Shepherd; and his great grandchildren, Sienna Collett and Kora Long. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
