He was predeceased by: his wife Romaine Smith; and his son Alvin Smith. He is survived by: his sons, Greg Smith of Asher, KY and Shawn Smith (Kim) of Mozelle, KY.; his siblings, Fred Smith of London, KY, Kenneth Smith of Somerset, KY, Annie Smith of Corbin, KY and Marie Smith of Corbin, KY; his grandchildren, Cheyenne Smith, Riley Thomas and Katherine Thomas; and his great grandchild Mila Bell. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
