She is survived by: her father James Adams; her husband Jerry; her children, Brandon Wallace (Sheena) of Ashcamp and Stephanie Slone of Elkhorn City; her siblings, Kenneth "Duke" Adams of Shelbiana and Ruby Bentley of Virgie; her grandchildren, Ryan Slone, Alexia Slone, Brody Wallace, Loren Wallace and Savannah Wallace; and her great grandchildren, Greyson Slone and Korbyn Little.
