She is survived by: her husband Danny Ratliff; her children, Danny Ratliff Jr. of Pikeville, KY and Kimberly Ratliff Robinson of Elkhorn City, KY.; her siblings, James Swiney of Hobart, IN., Samantha "Patty" Holbrook of Carlton, MI. and Rita Persinger of Church Hill, TN.; her grandchildren, Allison Ratliff and Seth Robinson; and her great grandchild Isiah Young.
