He was predeceased by: his parents, James Oakie Kelly and Hazel Meeks Kelly; his son Tim Kelly; and his siblings, Gene, Krit, Daryl, Rudy, Ed, Glen, Evelyn, Sue and Judy.
He is survived by: his daughter Wilma Jean Bartley Kelly; his granddaughter Vickie Elswick (Doug); and his great grandchildren, Gracelyn Elswick, Alyssa Elswick, Hailey Elswick, Lindsay Anderson and Daniel Kelly.
