He is survived by: his wife Wilma Lee Harrison Butler of Ashcamp, KY; his children, Jimmy Michael Butler of Ravenn, OH, Roger Dale Butler (Brenda) of Surgoinsville, TN, Chris Wright (Amy) of Mooresburg, TN and Angela Brown (Michael) of Greeneville, TN; his grandchildren, Erin Butler, Taylor Smith, Mason David Butler, Michael Bullis, Amy Marker, Andrea Anderson and Tristan Wright; and his sisters, Myrna Spears of Regina, KY and Agatha Butler of Elkhorn City, KY.. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
