She is survived by: her daughter Karen Cantrell of Ashcamp; her siblings, Jeffrey Caudill of Pikeville, Lois Hylton of Ashcamp and Wanda Hurley of Perrysburg; and her grandchildren, Dustin Hamilton, Nathan Hamilton, Rylan Hamilton and Daelyn Hamilton.
