She is survived by: her children, Joseph Hall of Virgie, KY, James Pete Lowe of Mouthcard, KY, Jeffrey Allen Lowe of Mouthcard, KY and Tina Rowe of Ashcamp, KY; her stepson Michael Lowe; her grandchildren, Mona, Timmy, Sidney, Gloria Brooke, Landon, Christian, Kelee, Jayden, Dylan, Sierra and Tayla; her great grandchildren, Jayden, Lily, Dakota, Delphia, Michael and Jeremiah; and her siblings, Kenneth Collins of Rockhouse, KY, Mary Sue Salyer and Peggy Casimer.
