He is survived by: his wife Patricia Fields Combs; his daughter Malinda Combs of Pickerington, OH; his sister Judy Kidd of Richmond, KY; his grandchildren, Contessa Combs, Briella Combs, Matthew Combs and Hayleigh Ford; and his great grandchildren, Brayden Combs and Chestin Combs. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
