She is survived by: her mother Karen Cooley Voshall; her husband Arthur Smith; her children, Austin Smith (Ashley), Chad Smith (Kirsten) and Scarlett Smith; her stepchildren, Heather Campbell (Lonnie), Arthur Smith Jr., John Smith and Vanessa McIntosh (Jeff); her siblings, Jermey Voshall (Angela), Eric Voshall (Missy), Jeffery Voshall (Erika), Amanda Routt (Moe Yearling) and Jessica Voshall; and her grandchildren, Quentin, Jonathon, Tyler, Jeffrey, Dillon, Travis, Gavin, Johannah, Chase, Millie, Kaylie and Crystal. She is also survived by Nieces, Nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM and on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM at the Nelson-Frazier Funeral Home - Hindman Chapel (125 Parks Rd, Hindman, KY 41822). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, May 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In Lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations can be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
