He was predeceased by: his parents, Han Napier and Margie Pollard Napier; his son Hann Napier; and his grandparents, Fish, Edith Napier, Chester and Lenora Pollard.
He is survived by: his wife Paula Napier; his siblings, Barbara Napier of Ary, Doris Whitaker of Dwarf, Debbie Wooten (Randy) of Knott County, Diane Napier Scarberry (Eddie) of Knott County and Gary Napier (Wilma) of Louisville; his granddaughter Marilyn Caudill; and his close friends, Steve "Moon Runner" Patrick and Paul Whitaker.
