He was predeceased by: his parents, John Napier and Ollie Campbell Napier; and his sisters, Nan Napier, Dicy Deaton (John), Corbett and Vardel (Matthew).
He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Napier; his children, Grover Wayne Napier (Ann) of Rowdy, KY and Joy Mack (Craig) of Williamsburg, KY; his grandchildren, Makayla Colby (Conner), Aaron Mack, Honor Lynn Napier, Grover Michael Napier and Jacob Napier (Kayle); his great grandchildren, Kaiden, Raelynn, Madilynn, Lucy and Ivy; and his close friend David Cockrell.
