He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph William Rowland Sr. and Joyce Smith Campbell. He is survived by: his siblings, Rowland (Anita) of Ary, KY, Nicole Johnson (Harold) of Beaver, KY and Candy Campbell Smith (Harve Jr) of Ary, KY; his cousin Arthur Smith Jr.; and his nieces and nephews, Keith (Shadeana), Hannah (Josh), Shane, Brittany (Sean), Nikki (Travis), Caitlin (Austin), Caleb, Emily (Gerry) and Friends.
