Partin Jr., Karlie Troutman of Barbourville, Steve Partin (Wendy) of Artemus and Billy Partin (Marlena) of Artemus; his siblings, Sheila Partin Manning (Tom) of Williamsburg and Perry Partin of Corbin; his grandchildren, Amber Danielle, Kimber Addison, Kaylee Madison and Payton Rae Partin; and his daughter-in-law Rachel Pennington Partin.
