It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hazel Warren of Artemus, Kentucky, who passed away on April 7, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Kelly and Emily Elizabeth Wilson York; her spouse Jimmie Watts; and her brothers, Willie Ray, Lee H., Charles Kelly and Marcus York.
She is survived by: her children, Faye Rice, Pauline Perkins (Gary L.) of Williamsburg and Sam Watts (Patricia) of Artemus; her brother Ruben York (Kathy) of Artemus; her son-in-law Mike Rice of Barbourville; her grandchildren, Dr. Shannon Perkins (Jamie Gray) of Williamsburg, Jimberly Jordan (Tanner) of Artemus and Samuel Watts of Artemus; and her great grandchild Garrison Gray.
The family suggests donations to the Artemus Christian Church in her memory.
