She is survived by: her daughter Janet Haeffner of Arlington; her sister Loretta Lane (Ellis) of Lake Worth, Florida; her sister-in-law Kay Adams of Joplin, Missouri; her grandson Thomas Haeffner (Tiffany) of Martin, Tennessee; her great grandchild Jonathan Medlock of Boaz, Kentucky; and her niece Sandra Gifford of Bardwell, Kentucky. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and great nieces and nephews.
